This is a blend of 50 % Sauvignon 50% White Grenache. Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Once the fermentation is finished, a long maceration begins with fine lees. No ageing. ABV 13%
